Cellar, attic, garage or an entire household: we clear, sort, dispose of everything properly and hand over broom clean. Considerately, also when it is your parents' home.
A clearance often has a difficult reason: a death in the family, a move into a care home, a flat given up after decades. So we work quickly but not hastily, and set aside things that might matter to you instead of disposing of them.
After a survey you receive a fixed price for the entire clearance including disposal. Recyclables, bulky waste, electrical appliances and hazardous waste go separately to the right facilities. In the end the flat is broom clean and ready to hand over to the landlord or buyer.

What does broom clean mean?
All items and loose dirt are removed and the floors are swept. For a thorough clean of floors, windows and bathrooms, add our final cleaning.
How quickly can you clear a property?
Smaller jobs such as a cellar or garage often within a few days. A complete house clearance is usually scheduled within one to two weeks of the survey.
What happens to usable items?
Whatever you want to keep we set aside or bring to you. The rest we dispose of properly, sorted by material.
