Move-out cleaning: ready for handover, not just empty
After moving out, the handover to the landlord should go through without discussion. We clean floors, kitchen, bathroom and windows so you can return the keys with confidence.
The final clean is the last step of a move and usually the one nobody has energy left for. We take it on right after the move or clearance, or as a separate job if you organised the move yourself.
We clean what is checked at a handover: floors and skirting boards, the kitchen including cooker, oven and cupboards, bathroom and toilet, windows inside including frames, doors, radiators and light switches. In the full package the cleaning is part of the fixed price.

Frequently asked questions
Can I book the cleaning without a move?
Yes. The final cleaning can be booked on its own, for example if you moved yourself and only want to prepare the handover.
When should the cleaning take place?
Ideally right before the handover appointment, once the flat is empty. We schedule it so that nothing happens between cleaning and handover.
Is cleaning included in the full package?
Yes. Choose the full package option in the calculator on our homepage and the move, assembly and final cleaning are all covered by the fixed price.
